2023 Women's College World Series: Florida State vs. Oklahoma live stream, start time, TV channel, how to watch
The Florida State Seminoles and the Oklahoma Sooners will meet in Game 1 of the 2023 Women’s College World Series championship on Wednesday.
The No. 3 Florida State Seminoles, who finished with a record of 58-9 are on an impressive run, propelled by Kathryn Sandercock’s perfect game that clinched the Tallahassee Regional, the Seminoles have strung together six consecutive playoff victories. They secured their spot in the final round with a 5-1 win against Tennessee, after earlier clean-sheeting Oklahoma State and weathering a strong challenge from Washington in Oklahoma City.
Yet the top-ranked Oklahoma Sooners, with a near-flawless 59-1 record, present an entirely different challenge. They enter the championship series on the back of a staggering NCAA record 51-game winning streak, their last loss dating back to February 19. The Sooners have shown their dominance on the pitch, outscoring their WCWS opponents 15-2 across three games.
