Another reckoned the dark-haired stunner was even younger and said Patricia looked ”24” – which is more than 15 years younger than 40.
Someone else was just as baffled, commenting: ”I cant’ believe you are almost 40! You don’t look a day past 25.

After taking the internet by storm with the wrinkle-free skin, Patricia also revealed how she’s maintained the youthful looks – and the advice is to best keep things at a minimum.
She wrote: ”My only tip is to not do anything to your face until its time to do so, or never if that’s what you prefer.”
