Albany man arrested in connection to December stabbing
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Police arrested an Albany man on Tuesday for allegedly stabbing a 57-year-old man in December. Donald Norris-Boyd, 30, is facing multiple charges.
Albany Police said on Thursday, December 12, 2024, they responded to Townsend Park apartments and found the victim with a stab wound to his chest. Emergency services treated the victim on the scene before transferring him to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation by Albany Police Department Children and Family Services detectives determined Norris-Boyd forced his way into the apartment armed with a knife and stabbed the victim. Norris-Boyd was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and remains in Albany County Jail.
