Timothée Chalamet Rides Lime Bike In Sleek Suit and Quilted Dress Shoes at London Premiere of ‘A Complete Unknown’
Timothée Chalamet appeared on a Lime bike at the London premiere of his latest film “A Complete Unknown” on Tuesday.
Before posing for photos, he rode one of the popular bikes straight onto the red carpet. The actor sported a sleek, navy blue checked suit with a black and blue printed shirt underneath. Both his double-breasted suit and funky, bubble pattern button down are courtesy of London-based fashion brand Martine Rose.
The label founded in 2007 is known for its avant-garde menswear designs influenced by British subcultures, like the ’90s rave scene, and the designer’s Jamaican-British heritage. Martine Rose collections often feature subversive looks that include oversized silhouettes and unusual tailoring.
As for shoes, the “Wonka” star donned black leather shoes boasting horizontal stitching, creating a ridged appearance. The edgy style is complete with a chunky block heel and square toe. The shoes looked similar to a calfskin padded quilted ankle boots by Balenciaga.
Chalamet, whose experimental style choices are always making headlines, tied his eye-catching ensemble together with an assortment of silver bling. He wore a sparkling diamond chain and several dazzling rings from Cartier.
At the 2025 Golden Globe Awards last week, the “Call Me by Your Name” actor wore an all-black look from Celine Homme. His suit incorporated a shimmering sequined blazer featuring ornate detailing and slim trousers. On foot, he donned sleek black patent leather ankle boots. Chalamet was nominated for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy Golden Globe award for his leading role in “Wonka.”
