This is the first Broadway run of The Last Five Years, and Nick and Adrienne are the only two in the cast (other than their understudies) as the show explores the five-year relationship of Jamie and Cathy, told through non-linear storytelling. Cathy tells her side of the story starting from the end while Jamie starts at the beginning. The only time they share the stage is at the middle, when their timelines intertwine.
Last week, they performed “The Next Ten Minutes” from the musical during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Check it out here!
The Last Five Years will officially open on Sunday, April 6th for a strictly limited, 14-week engagement. Tickets are available on the show’s website or on TodayTix.
A limited number of tickets will be available in person the day of each performance for $49 when the box office at the Hudson Theatre opens. There will also be digital rush tickets available for $49 the morning of each performance starting at 9am on the TodayTix app!
