Ashton Hall Has Surprising Response to Viral 'Morning Routine' Video
Fitness influencer Ashton Hall went absolutely viral this week for his bizarre morning routine that saw him rub banana peels on his face and dunk his face in a bucket of ice water. While he was the butt of many people's jokes, he seems to be unfazed by the hate.
The now-viral video was originally posted on Hall's Instagram page, where he regularly posts similar content. The video was re-shared by a social media aggregator account called "Tips For Men" on X with the caption "The morning routine," where it went completely viral, amassing more than 700 million impressions on X.
In the video, Hall gives what he claims is a minute-by-minute rundown of how he spends his morning, beginning at 3:52 a.m. and ending just after 9 a.m. when he begins work at his computer. The "morning routine" features several bizarre tasks that have been thoroughly mocked online.

But while much of the attention has been negative, Hall seems to be riding the wave of attention that the morning routine created.
Hall already had a substantial following on social media even before the video went viral. But now, due in large part to the viral video, Hall's following has grown massively on Instagram as he has picked up millions more followers in just a few days.
On Wednesday, the fitness influencer had a surprising reaction to the viral video and the hate he has received as he took to social media to share yet another morning routine video and celebrate the growth he has seen on Instagram.

"9 Million on IG," Hall wrote in celebration of the milestone. "A reminder to ignore the noise. Keep going!"
In addition, Hall has been contacted by Saratoga Spring Water, which is featured prominently in his videos. Previously, Hall had not been affiliated with the brand, but it sounds like the water company would be interested in partnering with him going forward.
So, while the attention hasn't been all positive, it looks like Hall is certainly capitalizing on the negative attention.
