Ben Stiller Reveals New Apple TV Show He's 'Very Excited' For
Ben Stiller directs one of the most popular shows on Apple TV. His work on Severance has been praised by many through the show’s first two seasons.
In a true “game recognize game” moment, though, the longtime actor, producer and director showed love to another series just released on Apple TV, The Studio.
The new series, which debuted on March 26, was created, produced and directed by Seth Rogen, who also plays the main character, Matt Remick. After Apple TV posted a clip of the show, announcing that The Studio's first two episodes are now streaming, Stiller gave a four-word response.

After reading some of the early reviews of Rogen's new show, it's easy to see why Stiller is excited about it. The series currently has a 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and the popular website detailed some of the most noteworthy reviews, including TIME Magazine calling it "2025's best new show to date."
"It’s 2025’s best new show to date." - Judy Berman, TIME Magazine
"[It’s] one of the best TV shows that can be found on streaming today." - Jacob Fisher, Discussing Film
"Rogen and Goldberg, who also direct the 10-episode series, swing for the fences with one home run after another. They are aided by stellar scripts and an ensemble of actors who are having an utter blast." - Gregory Ellwood, The Playlist
From the sound of it, The Studio is an instant hit, and could ultimately go down as one of the most popular shows of 2025.
