Tim Allen, 71, Pops Up in Disneyland for Daughter’s Sweet 16
Tim Allen still loves Disney!
The actor and his wife, Jane Hajduk, were seen at Disneyland on March 28, apparently celebrating the 16th birthday of their daughter, Elizabeth Allen-Dick, per Us Weekly.
The Shifting Gears star, 71, and his wife, 58, were all smiles as they rode various rides, including the Matterhorn Bobsleds, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Bobsled, and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, according to the outlet.
Elizabeth is one of Allen's two daughters — he welcomed Katherine with now ex-wife, Laura Deibel, in 1989. After Elizabeth was born, Allen told People that he was feeling more at ease becoming a dad for a second time.
"She did all the work but she allowed me to be there, and I was able to physically help her on the back side of it. And her sister was there and a couple of her friends… I was the first one that got to look at [Elizabeth]," he said.
Allen-Dick has done a bit of acting, appearing in The Santa Clauses alongside her famous dad. In 2024, Allen-Dick appeared in two episodes of Thee Third Act, according to her IMDb page.
The family's Disneyland outing comes after the finale of Shifting Gears aired back on March 19. The show proved to be a success for Allen — and the rest of the cast — though it has yet to be renewed for a second season.
“I hope we see Riley do some exploration of who she is now because she doesn’t really know who she is now without the ex-husband relationship and back living at home as a mom with two kids, and have her discover her personality without the things that she is used to. I think that would be cool,” Allen's co-star Kat Dennings told TV Insider about her character's potential to evolve.
