Spin Doctors to headline benefit concert for Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga announced on Tuesday that Grammy Award-nominated alt rock band Spin Doctors will be headlining their annual charity benefit concert. The event is scheduled for September 27 at 6 p.m.
Spin Doctors are best known for their songs "Two Princes," "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong," and "Jimmy Olsen's Blues." They band has released six studio records throughout their multi-decade career, with their upcoming seventh album "Face Full of Cake" set to release on April 11.
The "Live at the Farm" concert will support Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga, a nonprofit organization whose mission focuses on rescuing and retraining retired racehorses for therapy programs. Last year's performance was headlined by The Bacon Brothers.
The 2025 show will be kicked off by Rich Ortiz and The Wallies, featuring Gianna Robustiano. The event will also have a variety of concessions available, featuring Fierro’s Pizza, Neighborhood Kitchen, Old Tavern Farm Winery, and Druthers Brewing Company.
