Easter restaurant specials in the Capital Region
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Easter Sunday will be celebrated this year on April 20. If you're thinking about going out for brunch or dinner to celebrate instead of cooking, you may want to put your reservations in ahead of time, as seats are beginning to fill up.
Even if you'd prefer celebrating in the comfort of your own home but don't want to cook, many restaurants and businesses are offering catering. Here's where you can find restaurant specials for Easter in the Capital Region.
Morgan & Co. Restaurant, Glens Falls
Morgan & Co. is offering a special Easter four-course brunch. The menu includes a scone, soup or salad, and an entrée of steak and eggs, green eggs and ham, funnel cake French toast and then a dessert to follow.

Cornells in Little Italy, Schenectady
Cornells in Little Italy is hosting an Easter Sunday brunch buffet. The buffet menu includes a meat carving station, a pasta cheese wheel, omelette station as well as a variety of egg, potato, lunch and breakfast dishes.

Las Margaritas, Latham and Slingerlands
Las Margaritas is hosting an Easter Brunch on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20. The menu includes bottomless mimosas, pancakes, French toast, breakfast nachos, sandwiches, wraps, and morning birria.

Daley's on Crooked Lake, Averill Park
Daley's on Crooked Lake is hosting an Easter Brunch and Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. The brunch menu includes a steak carving station, a ham carving station, eggs, omelettes, French toast, chicken tenders, salad, eggplant parmigiana, meatballs and a Snowman Ice Cream station.

Dutch Apple Cruises, Albany
The Dutch Apple Cruises will be offering a brunch cruise along the Hudson River. The brunch menu includes eggs, bacon, French toast, home fries, bagels and cream cheese, fruit, and breakfast pastries.
The cruise departs at noon and will return at 2 p.m. Guests can board the boat around 30 minutes before departing. You can purchase tickets and view the full menu at the Dutch Apple Cruises' website.
Emma Jayne's Restaurant, Clifton Park
Emma Jayne’s is having Easter Brunch with a special menu. The menu includes crab cakes, chicken crêpes, salmon, ham, prime rib, desserts, and more.

The Fairways of Halfmoon, Halfmoon
The Fairways of Halfmoon is hosting an Easter Brunch with a special appearance from the Easter Bunny. The menu includes salads, baked goods, an egg station, a meat carving station, a buffet and desserts.

The Wire Event Center will be hosting a Grand Buffet for Easter for brunch and dinner. The menu includes breakfast items, a carving station, a pasta station and more.

The newly rebranded Cornell Restaurant will be hosting both an Easter Brunch and Dinner. The brunch menu includes egg dishes, fried chicken, ham, pork roast, salads and bakery items. The dinner menu includes ham, steak, pork loin, fried chicken, pasta, salads, potatoes, shrimp, and sweets.
