COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- The most expensive home sold in Franklin County for March was $2,257,500, and the most expensive home in Delaware County sold for $2,442,600.

NBC4 analyzed property sale records from the Franklin and Delaware county auditors’ offices, filtering for “one family dwellings” to avoid sales of apartments, duplexes or other unrelated land purchases. Purchases were limited to those made by individuals, so data excludes corporation sales.
