Popular Golf Star Makes Major Announcement Ahead of the Masters
Golf star Max Homa and his wife Lacey Homa are expecting their second child. The couple shared the news at Augusta National golf course in Augusta, GA, on April 9, just one day before the Masters.
"Baby no. 2 coming soon," Homa captioned an Instagram post, adding a smiley face emoji.
"I love you and cam so much," Lacey Homa wrote in the comments, referring to the couple's 2-year-old son, who was on-hand for the Par 3 Contest.
The family posed for photos in front of the clubhouse, holding up a baby-sized caddie bib, complete with the Masters logo. Lacey held her baby bump as she smiled for the camera.
Fans reacted to the baby news in the comments section of the post.
"Congrats man! Good luck this week… All of Lakeside is pulling for you," one person wrote.
"Congrats max. Shock the world and win this week," someone else said.
"Just in time for the green jacket Mr. Homa," a third comment read.
"Good luck at the Masters, Max!! And congrats," a fourth Instagram user added.
Lacey Homa has been a big supporter of her husband's career. She has attended the Masters in the past and previously spoke about how special the tournament was.
“We’re just so grateful to be here,” Lacey Homa said in an April 2024 interview. “Any time you can come here, it’s a good thing. You feel the energy here [that] everybody is just excited. It’s contagious and I love being around it.”
