Ed Sheeran's Favorite American Fast Food Restaurant is Surprising
Ed Sheeran grew up in the United Kingdom, but since rising to fame in the music industry, he's spent a lot of time in the United States.
If the United States is known for anything in the global food world, it might be fast food. America has created some of the most iconic - and most frequented - fast food restaurants of all-time, from McDonald's to Chick-fil-A to Taco Bell. But which of them are Ed Sheeran's favorite?
The 34-year-old music legend tries not to frequent fast food restaurants that much - we all try, of course - but like most of us, he can't help himself sometimes.
Sheeran appeared on Alex Cooper's "Call Her Daddy" podcast this week and opened up about his favorite American fast food restaurant. It's a surprising pick to many.

Sheeran first admitted that his favorite American food to eat is chicken wings. They're massive compared to the ones he gets back home in the United Kingdom.
"You're eating steroids," he joked.
Sheeran was then asked by Cooper to name his favorite American fast food restaurant. He gave quite the answer.
The "Shape of You" artist said that overall, Five Guys is his favorite American fast food restaurant. He believes it's the best around the world.
"Five Guys, I think, everywhere around the world," he said.
"But I'd say when I'm in America, Whataburger in Texas. I think that burger bangs the most in terms of all the burgers that I've had, Whataburger bangs. But if it's an American fast food chain around the world, I'd usually go Five Guys."
Sheeran is a fried chicken fan, too.
"I f--- with KFC, as well, man. I really like KFC."
Sheeran clarified that he's had In-N-Out, too, but he's not a big fan of their fries. And they don't really have enough locations to qualify in his mind.
