LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) -- Today, the Acadiana Eats Kitchen is on the road visiting Rachael's Cafe where they are serving some quality Cajun and Creole cuisine.
The Acadiana Eats team had a chance to eat one of their classic dishes: Seafood Gumbo that includes shrimp, crab claw meat and a nice dark roux.
Rachael's Cafe is also no stranger to the deep-south deep-fried food, where they serve favorites such as fried shrimp and fried catfish along with appetizing sides like green beans and country styled potato salad.
Aside from the Cajun classics, Rachael's Cafe offers a variety of foods such as home styled plate lunches, sandwiches, soups and even healthy fit meals that will be sure to help you tighten your belt.
