Saratoga County votes down 'last call' proposal
SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga County Board of Supervisors voted down a proposal on Tuesday that would have changed the time of last call in Saratoga County bars.
The proposal would have changed last call to 3 a.m. between May and October and 2 a.m. between November and April. The only exception would have been New Year’s Eve when last call would remain at 4 a.m.
Now, it will remain 4 a.m. year round.
Though some members of the board were disappointed the proposal didn't pass, they said some progress was made. The board said it plans to continue to discuss the proposal.
