German Shepherd Puppy Goes Viral for Adorable Water Drinking Video
A German Shepherd puppy is the latest internet star.
The TikTok video shows the German Shepherd puppy trying to drink water out of a bowl, but the dog keeps shaking its head and getting water all over the place.
"Are you done?" a woman says in the video, which was shared on April 10, 2025.
The video has racked up 4.5 million likes. "This sweet child of mine testing the waters today ..... literally ????????????????," the caption reads.
"What is wrong with you today?" the woman asks as the puppy gets more water all over the floor than anywhere else. The video indicates that the puppy's name is Franco.
"What are you doin'?" the woman asks, as the puppy stares quizzically at her.

The video was shared on TikTok by the page @jenniferharris107.
The woman's page is filled with other videos showing the adorable puppy. One video shows the dog playing on the top of the stairs.
"Franco had a long day and a bath he hated, but he sure is cute," another video says. The page indicates the owner has multiple German Shepherds.
People shared their own stories and reactions on the comment thread.
"My shepherd used to get a mouthful of water, carry it over to me, lay his cute puppy head on my lap and then open his mouth ????????," wrote one person.
