Fashion bible What People Are Wearing by Linoya has declared that “Copenhagen girls” are leading the charge on summer fashion this year.
And it turns out, the ladies living in the capital of Denmark are “flip-flop obsessed”.
Linoya who runs the style bible said: “Surprising, but you heard me right.
“The bolder, the better!
“I spotted so many chic girls wearing thick, colorful flip flops.
“So – would you wear or would you pass?”

The fast fashion giant has launched a full range of flip flops as the warmer weather creeps in.
For those of us looking to be Copenhagen chic, there’s thick, colourful options – and prices start as cheap as 90p.
The Striped Platform Flip Flops cost £4.50 and come in two stripey colourways of baby blue and white, and beige and white.
There’s also a black and leopard print design, as well as a chocolate brown, in the same chunky style.
