Fire causes $190K in damage on Pennsylvania St.
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A fire on Pennsylvania Street Monday night caused an estimated total of $190,000 in damages to two buildings, officials said.
Fire crews responded to a fire at 83 Pennsylvania St. around 8 p.m. The fire started on the exterior of the two-story frame building and spread to both the attic and the second floor. No occupants were in the house at the time, officials said.
The fire also caused $30,000 in damages to 81 Pennsylvania St., officials said. The American Red Cross is assisting two adults who were displaced by the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
