Art and culture shine in Albany's First Friday celebration
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- First Friday Albany, the city's signature monthly celebration of art and culture, marked its second anniversary. The event began post-pandemic as part of an effort to re-engage residents with the arts.
Since then, First Friday has brought together artists, venues and community members.
Galleries, businesses, independent artists and more join forces each month to curate pop-up exhibitions, live performances, open studios, cultural showcases, and more.
