Benson Boone Makes Big Announcement After ‘SNL’ Debut
Benson Boone shared big news with fans. Hours after making his debut as musical guest on Saturday Night Live, the 22-year-old singer announced he is hitting the road for a new tour.
In a post shared to Instagram on May 5, Boone announced his upcoming American Heart Tour. Per the teaser, shows for the fall arena tour will kick off on August 22 in Saint Paul, MN, and will wrap on October 8 in Salt Lake City, UT. Boone will make pit stops in New York City, Los Angeles, and everywhere in between.
“AMERICAN HEART TOUR!!! On sale this Friday at 10am in your time zone but sign up on my site to get tix earlier????,” Boone captioned the post.
Last spring, Boone was on the road for his Fireworks & Rollerblades World Tour. The American Idol alum also opened for Taylor Swift during the London dates of her Eras Tour last August. More recently, he performed at Coachella 2025, where he made headlines for a rendition of the "Bohemian Rhapsody" with Queen legend Brian May as a special guest.
On May 3, Boone made his debut on Saturday Night Live. The Grammy nominee performed two tracks from his forthcoming album, American Heart, “Sorry I’m Here for Someone Else” and "Mystical Magical.”
Boone also did one of his signature back flips to announce his arrival to the SNL stage, and offered up a brief serenade moment with show host Quinta Brunson.
