Animal Conservationist Robert Irwin Weighs In on the 100 Men vs. 1 Gorilla Debate
Robert Irwin, an animal conservationist and new DWTS competitor, is weighing in on the viral TikTok debate over who would win: 100 men or 1 gorilla.
If you haven’t seen the viral debate…the Internet is divided on who would win if put into an arena to fight.
You’d think Robert would have an expert opinion on this because of his field. So, he’s naturally been getting a lot of questions about it! He finally has responded.

“Gorillas are strong mate, but it’s 100 people, I’m not sure” he said. “As an animal conservationist, fighting an endangered species doesn’t sit right with me.”
He then made another point: unless provoked, a gorilla wouldn’t really want to engage in a fight with 100 men.
“The one thing that people aren’t really saying in this discussion…[gorillas] are pretty chill. If they don’t really have a reason, they kind of just do their thing [and won't fight]. We don’t need to fight gorillas!”
