Smokey Robinson is facing allegations.
The 85-year-old “Being With You” singer has been accused of misconduct by four of his former employees, via KTLA.
Four women who have worked with the singer submitted a complaint to the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday (May 6).

The accusations include sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, gender violence and creating a hostile work environment.
His wife, Frances Robinson, is also named in the lawsuit.
Lawyers for the plaintiffs will provide more information during a press conference Tuesday afternoon in downtown Los Angeles, according to the news report.
Smokey Robinson‘s team has not yet issued a statement or response.
He recently hosted A Motown Christmas for NBC. He also just appeared at the Hollywood Beauty Awards in Los Angeles in April.
