Professional Dating Coach Suggests 3 Ways For Men To 'Appropriately Tease' Women
Blaine Anderson is in the business of helping men get "unstuck with women." That's what her personal website says at least.
Anderson, a University of Arizona alum, is a professional dating coach. She was inspired to go into that career after observing some of the struggles men had with the opposite sex when she was in college.
"My guy friends would ask me for dating advice about my sorority sisters," Anderson says. "The BEST guys had the WORST luck with girls, and it confused me. I became obsessed with figuring out why. Do women hate nice guys? Or is there another problem?"
The goal for Anderson and her team at Dating by Blaine is to help men alleviate those problems in the dating world. She also regularly provides advice in videos on her Instagram channel.
In her latest video, released Tuesday, Anderson has three ideas for men on how to "appropriately tease" women, a skill she says is necessary for a guy to "become a better flirt."
Her three recommendations:
- Suggest she is flirting with you.
- Initiate a challenge.
- Joke that she's not the right one for you.
"Always smile, and consider tossing in a wink if you’ve got a good one, when teasing. This signals you have good intentions ????," Anderson captioned the post.
Some of Anderson's most recent advice also includes what green flags to look out for with women and the absolute worst haircut a guy can get--a mullet.
"If you have any doubt about your current hairstyle, it’s worth experimenting with new styles until you find something you’re confident in!" she said. "Locating a good barber, who understands how different hairstyles work with different facial structures, is key. Talk to a friend with great hair for a rec, and don’t be afraid to “fire” a barber if you don’t see the results you’re looking for. You should try different barbers until you find one you like!!"
