Katy Perry Lashes Back at Critics Who Say She Can't Dance

Katy Perry lashed out at critics who say she can't dance.

According to a video posted to TikTok, Perry started doing jumping jacks on stage during her Lifetimes tour concert. Then she flashed the audience and said, "Show them that when they say I can't dance."

Fans were ruthless in the comment thread of the TikTok video.

"I think she just proved their point," wrote one.

"How does she sell tickets," wrote another. "Anyone can do aerobics exercises on stage," another person wrote.

"She's ridiculous," commented another.

Perry has been the focal point of criticism from some since her Blue Origin flight was slammed as space tourism.

According to E! Online, Perry has increasingly lashed back at critics since that flight.

“Please know I am ok, I have done a lot work around knowing who I am, what is real and what is important to me,” she wrote on April 30 in the comments section of a fan page online, according to E! Online. 

“When the ‘online’ world tries to make me a human Piñata, I take it with grace and send them love, cause I know so many people are hurting in so many ways and the internet is very much so a dumping ground for unhinged and unhealed," she wrote.

She added, according to E! Online, “I’m not perfect, and I actually have omitted that word from my vocabulary, I’m on a human journey playing the game of life with an audience of many and sometimes I fall but…,” she added, “I get back up and go on and continue to play the game and somehow through my battered and bruised adventure I keep looking to the light and in that light a new level UNLOCKS."
