Ali Larter’s ‘Spring in NYC’ Take On the Little Black Dress Trend Shows Her Angelic Fashion Sense
We’ve seen the little black dress (LBD) trend time and time again, often fawning over how stunning and dark it looks. However, this spring, Ali Larter is changing it up by turning the LBD trend into the LWD trend, also known as little white dress; and we’re obsessed!
On May 9, the Landman star shared a candid snapshot of herself. She shared the photo on her Instagram with the caption reading, “Spring in NYC ????.”
As you can see in the photo, Larter turned heads in a little white dress from LEIN Studio dress, which was styled by Jeanann Williams. She then paired the delicate silver jewelry from EF Collection Fine Jewelry and Jennifer Meyer jewelry, along with a silver bag from the Karen Wazen Collection and clear Gianvito Rossi shoes.
Larter also had a warm-toned, rosy makeup look from makeup artist Misha, along with her classic blonde waves done by David von Cannon.
Truly, she looks so stunning, and we love the fresh, Springtime take on the LBD trend!
While Larter often opts for more elegant, monochromatic looks, that’s a far cry from her iconic character of Angela in Landman.
She even talked to New Beauty about it, saying, “When we got into the wardrobe, it was so much color, neon and oranges. Angela doesn’t really wear any black or white. The clothing is colorful. She loves a lot of cleavage and she loves to have her legs out. She has no problem strutting in a five-inch heel. But I had a problem; I had to work on that!”
