Pregnant Love Island star Arabella Chi shows off huge bump as she lifts weights in the gym ahead of giving birth
PREGNANT Arabella Chi showed off her growing baby bump as she hit the gym.
The Love Island alum, 34, is determined to stay fit and strong through her first maternity journey, after confirming her happy baby news in December.
Arabella, who failed to find love in the All Stars spin off, will welcome her tot with new man, businessman Billy Henty.
The model has been keeping her Instagram followers up to date with her journey to becoming a mum, flashing her bump in a series of different lingerie sets.
Arabella and Billy did a gender reveal in January this year, where she shared footage of her and Billy as they popped balloons filled with pink confetti.
The Londoner also told how she was two weeks away from her due date back in March – meaning she is due any day now.
Yet despite her baby’s impending arrival, she is set on remaining “balanced and strong” through her pregnancy.
Arabella uploaded a video to her Instagram grid showing her donning a beige unitard and baseball cap for her workout.
She grabbed a pair of weights to work on her biceps and triceps, before performing weighted squats with the help of a kettlebell.
The beauty then perched on a machine for leg curls as she rounded off her training.
In her caption, Arabella wrote: “A bit of appreciation for @absolutebodysolutions & @connorobrienabs for keeping my mind and body balanced and strong throughout my pregnancy.
“I’ve been training twice a week with them and despite being 39 weeks pregnant I feel the fittest I have done in a while.
“Down to Connor putting together a strategised pre-natal programme together for me over the past 6 months.
“It’s now time to slow down while we wait patiently for the princess to arrive but I’m already excited to step back in the gym post baby for the post natal transformation.”
The studio then replied and wrote: “Loved having you train at ABS the past 6 months! Great to show how much you can still safely do throughout a pregnancy. Big inspiration. See you both soon!!”

PREGNANCY FIRSTS
Earlier this year, Arabella revealed she’d been taken aback by her pregnancy symptoms.
In a video on TikTok, Arabella – who’s due to give birth to a baby girl in May 2025 – explained there are several changes to her body that she wasn’t expecting.
“I probably should have been told some of them, I’m not gonna lie, because some of them have definitely taken me by surprise,” the 33-year-old said.
“I’m gonna start off with probably the one that shook me the most is my boobs.”
Arabella said that while she was expecting her breasts to get bigger during pregnancy, she “honestly didn’t realise” that her nipples would change so drastically.
“I honestly did not realise that they enlarge a massive amount and go extremely dark in colour too,” she marvelled.
Arabella also admitted she had no idea just how much she would need to use the toilet in the night now that she’s pregnant.
“I’m very well aware that this is only gonna get worse,” she said.
The last pregnancy symptom she wasn’t aware of was how much it would affect her hair.
“At the start of when I found out I was pregnant, my hair was amazing,” she said.
“But let me tell you, my hair now – I’ve basically got no hair.”
