If you don’t know, the 55-year-old disgraced music mogul was arrested in 2024 for alleged sex trafficking, prostitution, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, as well as transportation to engage in prostitution.

The Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 53 prohibits the trial from having “electronic media coverage” due to it being a federal criminal proceeding.
“[E]xcept as otherwise provided by a statute or these rules, the court must not permit the taking of photographs in the courtroom during judicial proceedings or the broadcasting of judicial proceedings from the courtroom,” the United States Courts’ official website reads.
