Patrick Mahomes' Mom Celebrates Daughter's Achievement
On May 14 the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation Vegas Golf Classic, a charity event put on by Kansas City Chiefs star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, officially kicked off.
The three-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback put on a charity gala Thursday, May 15 where star tight end Travis Kelce made headlines with an admission about his girlfriend Taylor Swift, who donated a piece to the event.
According to its website, the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation "is dedicated to improving the lives of children. The Foundation supports initiatives that focus on health, wellness, communities in need of resources and other charitable causes."
As Mahomes took center stage with the charity event, his mother, Randi, was busy celebrating something else - her youngest child is headed off to high school.
"It’s hard to believe my baby girl is headed to high school. ???? Watching @miablissss grow into such a smart, strong, and beautiful young lady has been the sweetest journey. Time, please slow down!! I’m so proud of you Mia, and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll do next❤️," she said in an emotional announcement on social media on May 15.

In a previous interview, Mahomes' mother revealed he's always keeping tabs on his half-sister despite their 16-year age gap.
"[Patrick] is always keeping tabs on what Mia's doing, both him and Brittany [Mahomes]. It's a fun relationship for them to have, and being that I was so nervous they wouldn't know each other, I can say now that they know each other," she told People.
"I'll send him clips of her basketball games, and he's like, 'Well, tell me what she scored,' and then he'll ask all about it, and I do that with Jackson and him both."
