Police arrest Albany man accused of Market 32 burglary
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Albany Police Department arrested a local man who is accused of a January burglary and gun possession. Police said Vion Fallen is facing multiple charges.

- One count of third-degree burglary
- One count of petit larceny
- One count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
- One count of resisting arrest
On February 7, police said they were called to Market 32 on Central Avenue for a person who was allegedly banned from the store and stole items on January 30. Law enforcement identified the wanted suspect as Fallen on May 20 around 4:20 p.m. near First Street and Quail Street and tried to arrest him.
Fallen tried fleeing on foot but taken into custody. At the time of his arrest, police said Fallon had a loaded revolver in his possession. Fallen was arraigned on Thursday morning in Albany City Criminal Court and remains in Albany County Jail.
