Kourtney Kardashian Shares Controversial Parenting Opinions & Questions Why Kids Are Sent to School
Kourtney Kardashian has some controversial opinions on parenting that not everyone is going to agree with.
The 46-year-old reality star shared some new comments during an appearance on her sister Khloe‘s podcast Khloe in Wonderland.
Kourtney is mom to Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10, with ex Scott Disick and son Rocky, 18 months, with husband Travis Barker. She is also step-mom to his three kids.
On the podcast, Kourtney shared her opinions on how to care for sick children and why she doesn’t agree with kids being sent to school.

“I think living authentically is not conforming, to whatever it is. I will like nurse the fever of my kids versus giving Tylenol or ibuprofen. I just want to do that,” she said.
Kourtney continued, “Once I started therapy, I kind of started challenging the ways we did things sometimes, the way we all functioned. I love to just go against the grain. I do it with everything.”
“Like the school system, I’ll think, ‘Why do kids f–king go to school?’ Truly, it’s so dated,” Kourtney said. “So, then I’ll start thinking, okay what’s the goal here? Want to do home school? Let’s do it.”

Kourtney also talked about being a stepmom.
“I love my role as stepmom, because I don’t feel like its up to me to discipline. We’ve kind of allowed each other to… we’ll talk about it, he can handle the harder things. I definitely give advice or try to be a good role model,” she said. “Some days I’ve thought like, ‘Wow, this is really hard blending families.’ But even in the days that are hard, there’s so much more love. It’s such a deeper, richer existence.”
