Man pleads guilty to South Glens Falls Cumberland Farms burglary
BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Gansevoort man pleaded guilty on Friday to burglarizing a Cumberland Farms in South Glens Falls. Chadd Zerniak, 35, was charged with third-degree burglary.
According to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office, Zerniak is accused of unlawfully entering the Cumberland Farms on Main Street in South Glens Falls with the intent to commit a crime and damaging property during the incident.
Zerniak's sentencing is scheduled for June 20.
