Judge Abun Subramanian is threatening to kick Diddy out of court.
The U.S. Court District judge issued the warning during Day 17 of the ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering trial on Thursday (June 5) to the 55-year-old music mogul, as he has allegedly been flashing facial expressions at jurors.
According to NBC News, he was nodding and looking at the panel during recent testimony which is “absolutely unacceptable,” the judge said.
Diddy was arrested in 2024 for alleged sex trafficking, prostitution, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, as well as transportation to engage in prostitution.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The judge asked defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo if this would happen again.
“No your honor, it’s not going to happen again,” the lawyer replied, as the judge scolded the defense, saying: “This cannot happen again.”
Court artist Jane Rosenberg told the news outlet that he has been making facial expressions at jurors since the start of the trial.
He has been attempting to interact with various members of the jury, both affirmatively and negatively depending on the testimony, the artist said. Several NBC reporters and producers have witnessed the same.
