Lizzo Showcases Weight Loss Journey in Bikini Video
Lizzo is showing off her new figure.
The 37-year-old “Truth Hurts” singer posted a video on Instagram of herself dancing in a pink and gray string bikini on Saturday (June 7), along with a face covering as she rapped to a track.
“BLACK TRUCK A– POKING OUT THA WINDOW,” she captioned the post, which is also one of the lyrics to the song playing.

During a live stream earlier this year, she spoke about the weight loss journey she’s been on since 2023.
Back in January, Lizzo said on Instagram that she lowered her BMI by 10.5 and lost 16% of body fat.
During the stream, Lizzo said she avoids “sugary stuff” in the morning, and opts for something “super savory.”
“I do something sweet. It’s gotta be with some sort of like carb. I’ll have like almond butter and toast. So, everybody’s body is different. Find out what works for you,” she said, noting that she believes the only thing that “works across the board, science-wise, is calories in versus calories out.”
