68th Allentown Art Festival kicks off this weekend
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The 68th Allentown Art Festival kicks off this weekend and will feature the largest number of artists since 2020.
The festival will take place rain or shine from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on June 14 and 15 on Delaware Avenue and Franklin, Allen and Virginia Streets.
A total of 350 artists and craftspeople will be in attendance this year. Food trucks, restaurants and temporary bathrooms will be available for attendees to use.
The festival, which has been a Buffalo summer staple since 1958, has raised more than $1 million over 30 years for scholarships and to support art programs at schools and galleries, the Allentown Art Festival Committee said.
The Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site announced it will be offering free admission from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days of the festival.
