Popular Regional Fast Food Chain to Challenge Chick-fil-A with New Menu Items
In the minds of many, Chick-fil-A is the undisputed king of chicken sandwiches.
However, a wildly-popular regional fast-food restaurant is looking to give the enormous company a run for its money with some new menu items.
According to Amber Noggle of WKOW, Culver's is rolling out a new chicken sandwich lineup that features a new recipe.
The new chicken sandwiches, which are set to drop Monday, are seeing a revamped recipe in the crispy, spicy crispy and grilled chicken versions following a year of development and testing.
Along with the new recipe, the chicken sandwiches will feature a new brioche bun and crunchier pickles on them, among other things.
But wait, there's more.
In celebration of the new items, Culver's is holding a giveaway that will net the first 100 guests who order the sandwiches at each restaurant a free one. The date for that giveaway will fall on the same day the new sandwiches are released, which is Monday, June 16.
Culver's has been on fire lately, with the company opening several new locations across the country.
The fast-food restaurant will open 27 new locations in a dozen states in 2025, RJ Scofield of Patch.com reported earlier this month.
We'll see if Culver's can indeed challenge Chick-fil-A and other major brands that are known for their chicken sandwiches. Reviews will undoubtedly start pouring in on Monday.
