Schenectady man accused of breaking into two Colonie homes
COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Schenectady man is accused of breaking into two homes in Colonie and violating an order of protection.
According to the district attorney's office, Adam Fazzone, 31, broke into a house on April 29 in the Stanford Heights neighborhood, violating an order of protection and allegedly threatening the man inside.
He's then accused of forcing his way into a nearby house and attacking another man. Police then took Fazzone into custody.
He was charged with two counts of burglary and one count of criminal contempt. He pleaded not guilty and faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
