Everyone knows that no trip to Costco is complete without a casual stroll through the warehouse's bakery. The sweet tooth-friendly section is filled with everything from savory treats like the viral Garlic Butter Parmesan Rolls to desserts like Tiramisu Cold Brew Coffee Cheesecake that border on the sinfully decadent.
And there's the occasional bakery item that gets 10s across the board from shoppers. Take for instance the Costco bakery croissants. In fact, they're so good that a recent Reddit post about the buttery croissants being "heavenly" has received well over 100 comments from shoppers.
While there were plenty of messages about how delicious the baked good is, quite a few people shared their tips and tricks for the croissants. And trust us, you're going to want to grab a pen and paper for this one.
Before you start to worry, there are plenty of savory croissant hacks perfect for snacking or jazzing up breakfast.
"I slice it in half, throw some thin slices of that Président brie on there, and put it in the air fryer until the brie is melting into that crispy, buttery harbinger of heart disease," read one comment.
"For something more savory, we’ll cut them open and add a sunny side up egg and a drizzle with some soy sauce. You can add some green onion and cilantro too," another Redditor added.
The sweet tooth crowd also impressed with their suggestions on how to best prepare Costco's croissants.
"They’re my favorite and a staple on my Christmas morning menu every year. I serve them with Nutella, fruit dip (cream cheese whipped with marshmallow fluff), sliced strawberries, and pineapple," one user wrote.
