‘Shark Tank’ Star Kevin O’Leary Ditches ‘Mr. Wonderful’ for New Nickname
Shark Tank star and businessman Kevin O'Leary has always nicknamed himself "Mr. Wonderful," but now he's adding another moniker.
In a video posted to Instagram on Saturday, O'Leary revealed that he's now calling himself "Shark Fashionista" as he films Season 17 of the popular show.
The video sees O'Leary promoting a new pen while also showing off some new cufflinks, a tie, a watch and glasses that would make Elton John blush.
"Listen, somebody's got to hold the lead on fashion on Shark Tank," O'Leary said. "I am the 'Shark Fashionista.'"
Shark Tank co-star Lori Greiner chimed in and challenged O'Leary on his new nickname.
"Um, excuse me. I beg to differ," Greiner said with a laugh.
O'Leary has been a main star of Shark Tank since its inception in 2009. Daymond John, Barbara Corcoran and Robert Herjavec have also remained on the cast since the first season.
Greiner hopped on as a Shark Tank guest in Season 3 and has been a full-timer since Season 4.

Former Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban first appeared as a guest in Season 2 and was a staple from Season 3 through last season but has since left the show.
Season 17 of Shark Tank will premiere this fall and will now be broadcast on Wednesday nights at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
