Greenfield man accused of having child sex abuse images, firearms
GREENFIELD, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Greenfield man is accused of having child sex abuse images, illegal firearms, and an illegal high-capacity magazine. Anthony Badali, 32, was arrested on June 13.
Charges
- Promoting a sexual performance by a child
- Possessing a sexual performance by a child
- Two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
- Fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon
The New York State Police said Badali was arrested following and investigation and the execution of a search warrant on his home. The investigation stemmed from a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Badali was arraigned at Milton Town Court and placed in Saratoga County Correctional Facility.
