Chauncey St. fire causes $110K in damages
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A fire on Friday night caused an estimated total of $110,000 in damages to a house on Chauncey Street, officials said.
Fire crews responded to a fire at 77 Chauncey St. around 9:30 p.m. on Friday night. The fire started on the first floor of the 1 1/2-story wood frame structure and spread to the second floor, officials said.
Officials said the fire caused an estimated $75,000 in damage to the building and $35,000 in damage to the building's contents. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
