Sinner is currently seeking a victory at Wimbledon after his epic match and eventual loss to Carlos Alcaraz at the French Open.
According to the BBC, Sinner came in second during the 2025 French Open, losing to Alcaraz during the longest French Open final in history.
Comments on the X post included support from fans. One stated, “If Sinner beats Alcaraz in the Wimbledon final, it won’t just be a title, it’ll be payback for that French Open loss.”
Another said, “Hope you’re going to cook for us on the court today!” Some even commented, “We also need a cooking vlog, Jannik, please!”
According to a bio on ATP, Sinner started playing tennis at age seven because his dad really liked the sport.
He was also a champion skier in Italy from the age of 8 to 12. He still enjoys skiing during the offseason.
So far at Wimbledon, an article on ATP reports that “having only dropped just 17 games in his campaign so far, Sinner has equaled the Open Era record for fewest games dropped into the men’s singles fourth round at Wimbledon.”
The record was previously held by Jan Kodes in 1972.
