Police searching for Bronx trio who beat up a man and stole his $6K necklace
THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — Police are searching for three men who allegedly beat someone up and took off with his $6,000 necklace in the Bronx.
On Monday, June 30, a 54-year-old man was surrounded and beaten over the head by two of the suspects who hopped off a motorbike driven by a third man, according to police.
After forcing the man to the ground, the suspects took his necklace and sped off on the back of the bike. The man was not severely injured in the fight, authorities said.
All three suspects were last seen wearing black face coverings. Two were wearing black sweatshirts, and the third was in a grey long sleeve.
Police said the search is ongoing.
