John Elway Will Not Face Charges in Death of His Former Agent
John Elway is not going to be charged in the death of his former agent Jeff Sperbeck, who fell from a golf cart that the Hall of Fame quarterback was driving.
Authorities have determined that it was an accidental death, according to USA Today.
Riverside County (California) Sheriff Chad Bianco told a Denver television station that its investigation into the April incident has concluded.

“It’s over,” he told 9News. “We’ve talked to everyone involved and we found nothing new. There was nothing criminal. It was what we’ve been saying all along that this was a tragic accident.”
The 62-year-old was standing on the back of a golf cart at a course in La Quinta, California on April 26 when he fell and hit his head.
