Florida Police Arrest Chuck E. Cheese Mascot on Felony Charges
Chuck E Cheese is a popular restaurant and entertainment spot for kids all across America.
The famous Chuck E Cheese mouse mascot is a common sight at these restaurants.
However, a Chuck E Cheese located in Tallahassee, Florida, was subject to a surprising arrest. The man wearing the Chuck E Cheese mouse mascot costume was arrested by the Tallahassee Police Department, per Arianne Otero of The Tallahassee Democrat.
One user posted a photo of the mascot in handcuffs on social media, and later a video came out of the mascot taking his costume hat off in the parking lot with the police car right there.

Per the report, Tallahassee Police Department spokesperson Jerome Maple said the man was arrested on a series of felonies.
"According to the County Clerk of Courts website, the arrested man was charged with theft of credit card, criminal use of personal identification information and fraudulent use of a credit over two times within six months," the Tallahassee Democrat reported.
A video of the incident was also posted to Reddit, although users questioned why they didn't wait for the employee to change out of the mascot uniform.
"Whatever it is, I'm sure they could've undressed the mascot head and attire in the BOH rather than traumatize kids and guests," one person replied. "All they had to do is explain that he would be put under arrest and to please go get changed, but no, the cops wanted this unnecessary show," another wrote.
Chuck E Cheese has yet to release an official statement on the matter, but the man has already been released on bond.
