Oklahoma City man sentenced to more than a decade in prison for possession of child pornography
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - An Oklahoma City man has been sentenced to more than a decade in prison for possession of child pornography, officials say.
According to the United States Department of Justice, in May 2024, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) learned that 42-year-old Anthony Grimm had distributed multiple videos depicting child sexual abuse material to someone in Michigan.
A search warrant was executed at Grimm's apartment where agents seized his cell phone, where images and videos depicting child sexual abuse material were found.
Officials say on January 7, 2025, Grimm was charged by a federal Grand Jury with possession of, and access with intent to view, child pornography. Grimm later pleaded guilty on March 31, 2025, and said that he knowingly accessed a cell phone that contained images depicting child sexual abuse material.
Grimm was sentenced on July 23, 2025, to serve 121 months in federal prison, followed by ten years of supervised release.
