Hulk Hogan Made His Religious Beliefs Clear Before He Died
Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan died at 71 years old on July 24. The Clearwater Police Department confirmed the news about Hogan, and his cause of death, in a post on their official social media, stating, "Clearwater Fire Department and Clearwater Police Department personnel responded to a medical call at 9:51 a.m. today in the 1000 block of Eldorado Avenue on Clearwater Beach. The nature of the call was for a cardiac arrest."
The post adds, "A 71-year-old resident, Terry Bollea, also known as Hulk Hogan, was treated by Clearwater Fire & Rescue crews before being taken by Sunstar to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased."
So, did Hulk Hogan believe in God? The answer is yes. Before he passed away, Hogan made his views on God and religion very clear. He and his wife, Sky Daily, were actually baptized just 18 months before he died.
In a post on X in December 2023, Hogan made his belief in God and Jesus clear, stating, "Total surrender and dedication to Jesus is the greatest day of my life. No worries, no hate, no judgment… only love!"
In that same post, Hogan shared a video featuring moments of him being baptized with his wife, Sky Daily. In the video, he's seen going under water, and the group around them bows their heads in prayer after the ceremony takes place.

In another post on X that same year, he stated to his followers, "I accepted Christ as my savior at 14yrs old, and the training, prayers and vitamins kept me in the game."
"But now that I am one with God, the main event theme of surrender, service and love makes me the Real Main Event that can slam any giant of any size through the power of my Lord and Savior and so it is, even now brother, AMEN!" he added.
