Women’s World Cup final: Superstar Indian singer set to sing ahead of the clash accompanied by other performances
The final of the Women’s ODI World Cup is going to be held at Navi Mumbai on November 2nd (Sunday) in Navi Mumbai- with India and South Africa battling each other to clinch the title. It is worth noting that both the teams will face each other for their maiden trophy.
On the eve of the high-voltage clash, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced that superstar singer Sunidhi Chauhan will come out and perform accompanied by 60 dancers, and the show will also feature a special firework display.
The firework display is going to be a special-effect performance, accompanied by choreographer Sanjay Shetty. Apart from the singing and the fireworks, there will also be a spectacular laser show, 350 mast cast performers, and even a drone display during the mid-innings.
“It’s an honour to be performing at the Women’s World Cup and I am really looking forward to the big day. With India in the final and the stands packed with enthusiastic fans, I’m sure the atmosphere will be electric, and it will be a day all of us will remember for long,” Sunidhi Chauhan said as quoted from a press release by ICC.
