The MTA is hiring a customer service specialist to work in the customer management center on West 34th Street.
Job duties include providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and requests by email or phone, and completing assignments as delegated by the supervisor.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in HR or customer service.

Health Services Assistant
The MTA is looking for a health services assistant to work at the Long Island Rail Road Medical Assessment Center in Mineola.
Job duties include preparing medical charts for daily scheduling, processing employees, and entering visit and scheduling information into a medical database, and other duties as assigned.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of full-time clerical experience and one year of customer experience.

The MTA headquarters is hiring an operations analyst to administer activities and process transactions for the Accounts Payable area.
Job duties include entering transactions, tracking and reporting status of work, and gathering, validating, and maintaining data and other transaction inputs.
