Bradley Cooper's 'Serious' Relationship With Gigi Hadid Just Took an Unexpectedly Traditional Turn
How serious is Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid’s relationship? Well, it appears they are making plans for a future together in a very traditional way.
It could be as soon as a 2026 wedding, according to the Daily Mail, because the 50-year-old actor has already taken major steps behind the scenes.
“Bradley asked Yolanda for Gigi’s hand in marriage,” an insider claimed to the outlet. “He wants her to know how serious he is about Gigi and how he plans to build a solid family with her in New York.”
In addition to Hadid’s mother, Cooper has reportedly looped in his mother, Gloria Campano, of his intentions, along with his girlfriend’s father, Mohamed Hadid.
“Her mom, Yolanda, is on board, so that was a no-brainer. But Gigi telling her father she wants to marry Bradley is a big step; it’s much more official,” they added. There seems to be an imminent rush down the aisle because they are ready to have their two daughters raised together. Cooper shares daughter, Lea, 8, with supermodel Irina Shayk, and Hadid shares daughter, Khai, 5, with Zayn Malik.
It would be a big year for the 30-year-old model because her BFF, Taylor Swift, is also a 2026 bride. According to The U.S. Sun, Hadid is already a member of the bridal party.
“Taylor wants to start the wedding process this way — building her bridesmaid group and getting everyone involved in the preparations, celebrations, and planning,” an insider told the outlet in November. “She wants it to be fun and memorable for everyone, with parties, trips, and time spent together leading up to the big day.”
Hadid has been dating the American Sniper star since October 2023, and it seemed like a perfect fit from the very beginning. She gushed about her romance with Cooper to Vogue in March.
“I think just getting to the point where knowing what you want and deserve in a relationship is essential,” she said. “And then to find someone that is in a place in their life where they know what they want and deserve…and you both do work separately to come together and be the best partner that you can be. I just feel really lucky. Yeah, lucky’s the word.”
The whispers about a possible wedding began in July when Page Six claimed that Cooper was “considering marriage and kids with Gigi” and that a proposal could come at any time.
