Cruz Beckham Reportedly Spotted Liking Shady Post About Family Drama
Brooklyn Peltz Beckham’s youngest brother Cruz has apparently been hitting “like” on shady posts about the drama that has engulfed his family in the last week.
Reports about a supposed feud among the Beckhams have been bubbling away for months, with Brooklyn breaking his silence on Monday with a string of Instagram story posts in which he laid out his reasons that he had no intention of reconciling with his famous parents, Sir David and Victoria Beckham.
In his scathing posts, Brooklyn accused his parents of “controlling” and “performative” behaviour, while also claiming his mum “hijacked” his first dance on his wedding day, leaving him “humiliated” and “uncomfortable” with what he described as her “very inappropriate” moves.
The day after his posts, comedian Olly Hume posted a sketch on Instagram in which he took on the role of “the DJ at Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding”, jokingly introducing “the song requested by the mother of the groom for her first dance with her son”, before hitting play on Ginuwine’s Pony.

According to The Standard, Cruz was seen liking this video on Instagram, though at the time of writing this appears to have been removed.
HuffPost UK contacted representatives for Sir David and Victoria Beckham earlier this week for comment but did not receive a response.
Last month, Cruz became the first member of the Beckham family to speak out publicly about the feud rumours.
After the Daily Mail published an article with the headline, “David and Victoria Beckham UNFOLLOW estranged son Brooklyn, 26, as it’s revealed he’ll spend Christmas with wife Nicola Peltz’s billionaire parents amid family feud”, Cruz hit back: “NOT TRUE.”
“My mum and dad would never unfollow their son,” he insisted. “Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked… as did I.”
Brooklyn Peltz Beckham’s did not respond to HuffPost UK’s request for comment at that time.
A spokesperson for former Spice Girls singer Victoria also told People magazine last month that it “isn’t true” that she and her husband had unfollowed their eldest son on social media.
